The Communication
Pressing and preserving flowers forever takes quite some time. To ensure that we're all on the same page throughout the process, we'll email you periodically, as outlined below. We appreciate your courteous and prompt replies when necessary.
Please note that the email address included on the order will be the address we communicate with.

After Booking
Once you've placed your order, you'll receive an email within 48 hours confirming everything looks good and letting you know if something seems off. (For example, If you ordered a fresh flower preservation piece and your event was more than four days ago, we will reach out to see a photo of the flowers to approve that they are in good enough condition for preservation.)
Before The Event
If you ordered a shipping kit, we'll email you its tracking number two weeks before your event.
After The Event
- When we receive your flowers, we'll email you to confirm that they arrived safe and sound. (We'll send this email sometime within the day, not necessarily right after they're delivered.) This email will also include a photo of the condition of your flowers for your records and ours. If any flowers don't quite make it through transit, we will let you know and discuss options.
- Throughout the preservation process, you will receive occasional updates about how your flowers look and where they are in our process. These emails will include an estimated time remaining for your order. *Reminder* Our season ebbs and flows, so there is no exact completion date that we can present you with. We will never sacrifice quality for time, so we appreciate your patience throughout the process.
- Once your flowers are next in our design queue, we'll email you to confirm some details about your order, including the final product shipping address. At this point, we'll also ask for photos from the event day and your florist's information. Heads up! We can only move forward with designing your order with your response.
- When your frame is complete, you'll receive the tracking number or pickup confirmation email. The next thing you know, your flowers will again be in your hands! We'd love to receive one last email from you with photos of the frame hung inside your home <3
